About the Role

The Compliance Operations Analyst is a key member of a cross-functional team that will have the opportunity to influence and impact multiple departments at Charlie Health. The Analyst will work directly with the compliance leadership to work on special projects focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. 

Day-to-day work could include sourcing and implementing new technologies, identifying areas of process improvement, project managing key initiatives, and working with departmental leaders across the organization on risk identification and mitigation. The Analyst should be reliable, diplomatic, and strategic, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans. They should be eager to join a fast-paced company with a strong desire to work independently on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities 

  • Directly support the Compliance Operations function and the CCO herself on critical, cross-departmental projects, including regulatory strategy, risk identification and mitigation, and performance improvement projects 
  • Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the compliance department 
  • Identifies areas of improvement, and then proactively creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline department operations
  • Designs and produces complex documents, reports, and presentations for report-out to senior leadership
  • Supports talent acquisition activities (including application review, screening, and intake calls) when capacity is needed
  • Drafts letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the Compliance Department 
  • Maintains and iterates on existing data-centric workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in high-growth environments, such as product/project management, engineering, public markets, consulting, or operations
  • Healthcare administration and/or behavioral health experience preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office fluency, including Excel
  • Experience with project management software such as Airtable, Monday.com, Jira, or Notion preferred but not required
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated history of taking ownership of projects and executing them with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas 
  • Experience translating issues from stakeholders into actionable plans, communicating those plans across a team, and ensuring the timely execution of agreed upon plans
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Highly reliable with experience managing complex initiatives
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Able to manage sensitive information in confidential and professional manner
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $75,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
