This part time talent acquisition associate will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing clinical professionals across APAC. In addition, you'll hit the ground running and work very closely with the strategy, sales, and the management team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Take ownership of the sourcing and initial interview stages of the hiring process for freelancers
Identify, attract and source candidates using unique and out of the box hiring platforms
Actively contribute in the development of hiring plans, strategies and protocols to ensure best candidate pool
Liaise with different teams involved in the hiring process to move qualified candidates along the hiring process
Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the sourcing strategy

Requirements

1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment
Must be available from 10 AM - 6 PM Philippine Time
Familiarity with sourcing and outbounding
Has the ability to work autonomously on tasks but also collaborate with the rest of the team whenever necessary
Has experiencing hiring for candidates in the APAC region
Up to par communication skills and can juggle multiple requisitions
Previous experience hiring in a startup (plus points)
Can comfortably converse multiple languages within the APAC region (plus points)
