What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to spearhead our efforts in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the small to mid-market segment on the East Coast.

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow revenue within the small and mid-market landlord segment of commercial real estate. Leveraging your expertise in sales and a deep understanding of the industry landscape, you will drive the expansion of our amenity management services portfolio, effectively positioning our offerings to meet the evolving needs of landlords and their tenants. You will also assist the sales organization with building a repeatable sales model, creating sales assets and managing strategic partner relationships. The ideal candidate will be located in Boston, DMV, or NYC metro areas.

How You’ll Do It
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting small and mid-market landlords in commercial real estate to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, adapting sales approach and messaging accordingly.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, effectively articulating the value proposition of our amenity management services.
  • Responsible for consistent networking to build a network of relationships within CRE through LinkedIn, networking events, panels, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients and ensure market feedback is incorporated into product and program roadmaps
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating insights into sales strategies and tactics.
  • Have a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of competition and the players within it to be prepared to highlight Lulafit’s unique differentiators in market.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Meeting core performance KPI’s and quarterly revenue targets
  • Accountable to measuring weekly pipeline development activities tied to monthly pipeline targets.
  • Communicating and establishing expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to the sales team. Reporting on sales activity, pipeline development and forecast to the lulafit leadership team.
