The Growth Manager, Acquisition Marketing will support global marketing initiatives for NBA’s product offerings and features to grow fandom, consumption, and subscriptions across NBA League Pass, NBA App, and membership programs. Successful candidates will be able to support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across institutional media and other paid channels and third-party partnerships, focusing on scaling a global affiliate program and building out tentpole and continuity marketing programs. You are comfortable analyzing data to develop marketing insights and make informed business decisions. Success in this role requires a commitment to learn and collaborate with several cross-functional partners and external vendors.  Responsibilities Support the Partnerships Lead and Acquisition Team Leader with all aspects of campaign management, including implementation, creative production and trafficking, campaign optimizations, budget pacing, and reporting across owned and institutional media. Assist with the creative development process for app store and affiliate program deliverables, including production, translations, and copy creation through to delivery and completion execution. Build affiliate and partner communications for review, including tentpole newsletters. Support App Store Optimization strategy through delivery and production of custom product page creative testing. Monitor app store marketing and keyword rankings using analytic tracking and reporting tools. Work with internal/external partners to create, update, and distribute broadcast spots throughout the season. Work with many stakeholders to produce and update in-arena placements, including in-game reads and courtside signage. Contribute and inform marketing briefs for NBA direct-to-consumer initiatives based on institutional marketing opportunities. Liaise with NBA Teams to provide custom creative assets as needed across the season to drive League Pass acquisition. Manage tracking and attribution process of NBA team marketing efforts and monitor performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to inform key stakeholders on affiliate program performance. Partner with regional teams and provide reporting on international affiliate publisher relationships. Assist in preparing and delivering partner business reviews for key internal and external stakeholders. Develop upcoming personalization strategies and audience segmentation to optimize marketing execution with customized creative for partner and institutional campaigns. Partner with Finance to process vendor invoices and ensure accurate monthly record-keeping and billing reconciliation. Conduct industry trend research relating to best practices and the latest products and services to identify potential opportunities to scale performance.  Qualifications 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience with knowledge of paid media Heavy experience with creative production and trafficking ASO experience is a plus Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting without ready-made processes Collaboration skills and ability to work optimally within a matrixed organization to influence and drive results with key business partners.
