RoundGlass is building out a dynamic wellbeing content team for RoundGlass Living– an app-based community that brings people and their passion for wellbeing together. This vertical is designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing, and well-being resources.
We’re looking for an outstanding Therapist to oversee and conceptualize the successful execution of instructional and learning design strategies in RG Programs. In this role, you will create evidence-based programs that are innovative, engaging, and learner-focused.
The position reports to the Bellevue, WA office 3-5 days a week.
Salary range: $70,000-$85,000
What you’ll do: Work with Instructional Designer to design and create RoundGlass evidence-based programsDeep dive into approved program concepts, providing mental health POV and surveying the landscape to provide strong recommendations for program developmentAct as Subject Matter Expert for review and approval of all content ideasReview all outlines and scripts created to verify mental health POVCollaborate with the Research team for content revisions and validationWork closely with the Product team to provide contentWork in lockstep with the Content teams, providing review, guidance, and oversight to contribute to evidence-backed contentWho we’re looking for: 3+ years of instructional content development experienceLicensed behavioral therapy Family therapist, familiar with providing holistic wellbeing modalities to patients Excellent collaboration skills: this position requires working with members from several different teams Excellent command of languageAbility to work flexible hours for occasional early morning or late-night calls (to accommodate international time zones)We got you covered:
