We are looking for an outcome-driven Manager, Performance Marketing to join our APAC marketing team. This role involves spearheading the creation and implementation of acquisition and retargeting strategies for Athletic Greens across a range of marketing avenues, with a primary focus on search engines and social media platforms, though not restricted to these. The perfect candidate will possess a strong proficiency in devising and executing effective digital advertising campaigns on diverse platforms. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial for refining marketing strategies, assessing campaign effectiveness, and fostering ongoing enhancements in both user acquisition and conversion rates. • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends in the industry.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Lead the design and execution of campaigns across a diverse range of digital marketing platforms, including Paid Search, Google Display, Discovery, ACE, Video & Pmax campaigns, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Build and support our performance marketing stack - tracking, measurement, attribution, analysis, optimization, and automation.
• Formulate and implement a data-led approach across paid (e.g. SEM, paid social and display).
• Analyze campaign performance data to measure success, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and acquisition and retention targets. Managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and efficient.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with the creative team (in-house and outsources) to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversion.
• Develop and implement a testing framework in the hunt for efficiencies and results across all channels, campaigns, and audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to refine campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record of managing budgets for channels like Meta and Google.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
• A desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around key topic areas: health and wellness, sports, etc.
• Has thorough knowledge of online marketing and a strong interest in the technology behind it, including cookies, SDKs, tracking, tagging, attribution and optimization. Experienced in technical setup on Pixel/GTM tracking.
• Google-certified Professional and/or Facebook Blueprint certified preferred.
• Has experience with copywriting and other forms of digital marketing (social media marketing etc.) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Is an independent and proactive mindset, with the ability to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
