About the Team
The Health Services team at Greenshield is a collaborative team committed to improving health outcomes for all clients. This role will provide an opportunity to work closely with nurses from across Canada to improve health outcomes, deliver our innovative telehealth services and build on programs that are truly changing the landscape of digital health.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding consultation, health teaching and referral to support improved client outcomes within our programs. Providing virtual nursing assessments through the Collaborative Care model; these include nursing recommendations and interventions.Assisting with the program development, implementation and delivery of Health Services. This includes assess and refer, health teaching, policy implementation recruitment of practitioners, and client follow up. Supporting the Nursing team as the program expands/evolves, assisting with the creation of process flows, forms, and service standards. Assisting with specialized training for the practitioners providing care within these programs and supporting those clinicians in the expectations surrounding treatment and reporting. Being responsible for scheduling assessment/treatment sessions, documenting all interactions with all stakeholders, and providing appropriate reporting updates as required by Inkblot service standards. Monitoring compliance, progress, attendance and engagement of all clients engaged in the treatment programs. Reviewing all reports received and providing timely reporting to the referring source. Development of training materials, patient resources and webinars.
QualificationsMust be RN (Registered Nurse), Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Minimum 3 years of experienceRegistered and in good standing with Provincial College

Our salary intelligence calculated a range for this position between $60,000 - $70,000.
