WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role sits within the EMEA GTM Digital Content & Samples team and partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Go-to-Market and Logistics teams. The coordinator supports regional showrooms and key business partners by ensuring product samples are visible, traceable and available when required. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional who can manage the flow, tracking and distribution of product samples across EMEA.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and improving processes while maintaining strong controls and service levels.

You will strengthen operational controls, improve inventory visibility and help build a scalable service that supports commercial sell-in across EMEA.

You will: Receive, process, catalogue and manage seasonal sample deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee sample storage and organization. Operate and continuously improve sample booking and tracking processes.
