We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Limbic Care. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes aligned with Limbic’s vision, goals and market needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager driving positive outcomes, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health
  • Good knowledge of UK and US healthcare systems
  • Proficient understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Ability to drive product innovation through critical thinking, empathy, and data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, fostering strong team dynamics and taking ownership of product success
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across internal teams while navigating regulatory and implementation challenges
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying product updates and challenges, promoting transparency and alignment across the organisation, and inspiring team members to achieve shared goals
  • Aptitude for navigating healthcare regulatory compliance, particularly regarding medical devices, with a skillful ability to manage product risks within these regulatory landscapes

What the job involves

  • Contribute to defining product strategy based on user needs, market trends, and company objectives, delivering innovative solutions that address user challenges while aligning with the product vision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features. Foster strong team dynamics and facilitate open communication to ensure alignment and drive success.
  • Enhance user experience by conducting user and market research to gather valuable insights. Maintain a product roadmap that prioritises user needs alongside business goals, ensuring the product enhances therapist productivity and engages patients throughout their care journey.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, overseeing development from ideation to launch and beyond. Coordinate product launches to ensure cross-team alignment while navigating regulatory and implementation challenges.
  • Leverage data, user behaviour, and market trends to drive decision-making, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimise the product.
  • Navigate healthcare regulatory compliance, particularly for medical devices, while managing product risks and driving innovation within these regulatory landscapes.
  • Communicate product updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve shared goals. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging their support when needed.
