To maintain and improve the multi-lingual European B2B E-Commerce web shop and Marketing Portal, Shimano is looking for a B2B E-Commerce CX Specialist.
In this role your focus will be to ensure the B2B E-Business Systems are used to its full potential in Europe by 20+ local offices. You will be part of the B2B E-Business Europe Team. You will be working closely with (local) Business teams and stakeholders, the global head office in Japan, related Systems teams, and Technology Services. The aim is to deliver the best experience for the customers on the B2B platforms, to drive online sales.
The Challenge
- Drive Product data improvements to improve CX and the search function on the B2B E-Commerce Web Shop, in collaboration with the Data Maintenance and Brand coordination teams
- Improve the B2B E-Commerce Web Shop performance by analyzing reports to identify potential improvements and help take data driven decisions
- Proactively seek improvement areas affecting the end-to-end customer journey and drive these in collaboration with related teams
- Provide second line support to users of the B2B E-Business Systems in our European Sales offices to ensure support SLAs and KPIs are met
- Participate in projects, such as the implementation of systems
What are we looking for?
- A relevant Bachelors’ degree
- 2-4 years of experience in the role of B2B E-Commerce CX Specialist or similar, preferably in an international B2B environment
- Knowledge of Bicycle products and/or Fishing Tackle products is a big plus
- Customer & result oriented with a proactive attitude
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are a self-starter and team player
- Analytical and Data-driven: Base your decisions on facts rather than opinions
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail
- Working knowledge of tools such as Qualtrics and Google Analytics
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
