OVERVIEW:

Join us as a Brand Marketing Executive - Trading to deliver a consistent, well thought out cross-channel marketing experience.

We are looking for someone with Brand Marketing trading experience to join our Digital Brand Marketing team to support with our key product promotions and trading campaigns, globally. This will include gathering insight and feedback on existing activity to inform direction of new campaigns, supporting with building and cascading marketing tactics, support channel execution and campaign optimisation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Planning

Tracking and sharing competitive activity, campaigns and trends.
Researching and reviewing how other companies launch promotions and position their sales and then ensuring this information is fed into future campaigns.
Working with channels to understand what is working in relevant campaigns and ensure this information is cascaded to relevant teams for future moments.

Marketing Campaigns

Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager and operate on your own on all weekly promos and trading moments in the calendar.
Working cross functionally to develop ways to tell a promotional story.
Working with the Lifecycle team to gain a better understanding of audiences to ensure campaigns you’re working on are targeting the right people.
Ensuring marketing plans are built out and meet deadlines.
Creating wrap-up reports detailing objectives and KPIs vs actual results and channel feedback.
Ensuring all relevant departments and channels are clear on the marketing approach for your campaigns. Drive that continual alignment.
Work closely with internal creative, design and production teams to ensure the output aligns with the brief along every stage of the campaign process.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

Experience in a similar role within a DTC business.
Experience in a previous role driving trading moments.
Likes bringing people together for focus on a solution.
Loves being organised, and busy.
Passion towards fitness, wellness and culture.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:

Experience in Branding and Marketing.
Lateral thinker.
Willing to challenge and be challenged.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
