The Job

We seek a creative and enthusiastic Content & Community Executive to join the Brand team. You will support us by creating attention-grabbing and engaging content for our organic social channels and nurturing our online community. 

In this role, you live and breathe social media and you love to create content. You put the Flo community first and continuously ask yourself: what content will resonate with our audience? What are the latest trends? How do we stand out from the crowd? 

This role is a great fit if you're an expert content creator, a superb communicator and not afraid of pushing boundaries!

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 2-3+ years of community management, content creation, or social media marketing experience
  • Experience in video content creation and being in front of the camera, with examples of content created and briefed.
  • Community management, including understanding how to react and not react if a delicate situation arises on social.
  • Be a strong team player and not afraid to work with teams across the whole business
  • Strong understanding of social media channels - including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter)
  • Awareness of emerging social media platforms
  • Excellent organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • A creative mind, thinking innovatively when it comes to creating, producing and scheduling content for female health and well-being spaces
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and juggle several projects simultaneously 
  • Proven track record of implementing conversation-driving social campaigns
  • Understanding of social media tools e.g Sprout Social

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Work closely with the team to shoot new content and concepts for our social platforms (you’ll be one of the ‘actors’ in our organic social media content!)
  • Weekly monitoring of ongoing social trends and implementation across our own channels.
  • Support the Global Social Media Manager with the day-to-day management of social platforms, including posting and scheduling content, primarily on TikTok and Instagram, occasionally on X (Twitter)/Threads.
  • Monitor and select UGC from our brand fans and community across key social channels for approval and inclusion in the social plan.
  • Support with short-video editing on social platforms, such as TikTok, using CapCut and in-app tools.
  • Analyse competitor activity and share insights with the Global Social Media Manager and Brand Marketing team.
  • Be the voice, eyes, and ears for Flo Health’s online community.
  • Support the Global Social Media Manager with daily community management tasks such as engaging with content and monitoring conversations of our audience across relevant social channels.
  • Engage with our most loyal brand fans via DMs and support the continuous growth and creation of our loyal Flo Community online.
  • Serve as a liaison between the community and customer support, addressing customer questions, concerns and feedback.
  • Ensure consistent ToV with our Global Social Media Manager and Creative Copywriters whilst engaging and nurturing our online community.

You'll be targeted on:

  • Support the Global Social Media Manager in turning @flotracker into the most watched and engaging social media profile for women’s health content. This includes increasing views, engagement, and following across our core social media channels (predominantly TikTok and Instagram).
  • Support the weekly delivery of content for our organic channels (Flo always-on content + reacting to current trends)
  • Weekly commenting (reactive and proactive) and relevant interactions with our online community.
  • Growing our social media community and positive sentiment around Flo.

Salary Range - gross per year
£38,000£44,500 GBP

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
