We are actively searching for an experienced CPX Operations Associate to support our Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) operational transformation and efficiency in support of our continued effort to scale and further advance our customers’ and partners’ experience.

As a CPX Ops Associate, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing KPI reporting and analytics through comprehensive data collection & aggregation, content creation and quality checks to support effective business decision-making. You will collaborate with CPX leaders to define and refine a scalable business review delivery process, and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders from our CPX, Commercial, Product, Operations and Quality teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain KPI reporting dashboards and reports in collaboration with CPX leadership.
  • Collect and aggregate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide data analysis, business intelligence and other reporting services to cross-functional teams to support decision making.
  • Interpret and evaluate monthly analyses of trends, including variance of results vs. planned/forecasted, and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Create clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide support by structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports using reporting tools.
  • Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve data collection and analysis methods and processes.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years overall experience in business operations. Relevant experience in a GTM function or org is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, creating and maintaining data visualisation, dashboards, and reports to support business decision making.
  • BONUS POINTS:
  • Certifications in advanced Excel, Python, etc. are a plus.
  • Strong expertise in data visualisation tools.

    Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $30,000 - $40,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
