This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Designer / Content Creator who will obsess over the details and produce stunning creative outputs in response to the brief.

A Content Creator at heart that gets excited by conceiving, creating, and delivering from start to finish.

Your focus will be to support and help grow our athlete marketing division, building creatives that increase brand awareness for ourselves but most importantly our talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create industry leading graphic and video content for talent in line with their individual brand strategies.
  • Responsible for developing concepts and graphics for more complex and confidential projects, including talent logos and websites.
  • Creatively direct, plan and execute content shoots for both video and photography.
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager(s) on strategic objectives for Wasserman channels.
  • Resolve design issues for the team and help with internal workflows.
  • To work closely with the wider digital team on brand tone and strategic practice, ensuring there is alignment across all offices, as well as wider agency digital graphic needs, offering support where required.
  • Continually drive forward our marketing activity through creative execution for internal and external usage.
  • Prepare Slides decks to pitch to clients, present ideas and get approval on final executions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years working within a design studio or other creative team environment.
  • Complete knowledge of full Adobe Creative Suite
  • You have a portfolio of smart ideas that shows fresh thinking & a unique perspective.
  • Extreme attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to conceptualize, illustrate and create under pressure.
  • Possess strong knowledge and passion of the Sports industry, and future trends/opportunities shaping it.
