About the right team member

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or technical related field
  • MBA or another graduate-level degree (preferred)
  • 12+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility in a top-tier SaaS company
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy: a big-picture vision, the drive to make that vision a reality, and technical credibility to engage with world-class software developers
  • Intimate knowledge of key product management, agile development and UX-centered design principles
  • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders and executives
  • Track record of ownership and delivery of large, complicated projects on time and within scope
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP
  • Experience handling enterprise-level clients/customers
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills both written and oral
  • Able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment

About the role

  • Define & own product and Lead product development from conceptualization through launch: create actionable plans, work streams and tactics; deliver on those in support of business KPIs.
  • Manage and inspire associate, regular, senior and group product managers towards execution of product roadmap.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top PDM
  • Formulate complex business plans, analyze the current competitive landscape, focus on ROI, and convince senior leadership of the viability of strategic
  • Manage work-streams across the value chain, from product ideation to market and user
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the customer and work tirelessly to identify new opportunities to improve their experience.
  • Work with product marketing, design, engineering, project management, and go-to-market functions to establish and improve the process for successful product
  • Leverage data/analytics to make tactical and strategic product
  • Identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization’s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Plan, forecast and manage a product
  • Manage the product roadmap for strategic area, setting expectations with all relevant
  • Demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing multiple individuals and
  • Gather customer feedback to determine future Compare planned success metrics to actuals and ladder up product performance.
  • All other duties as assigned
