Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States; those residing in the following states will be given preference: FL, IL, MD, MI, MN, PA, and TX. About this Role

We are currently seeking an EDI Integrations Specialist to work on a contract basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes through efficient Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) management, with a strong focus on integration with the NetSuite ERP system and maintenance of Celigo flows. They will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing EDI transactions with our partners to ensure seamless communication and operations across our supply chain network.

This position reports to the NetSuite Manager. The person in this role will work cross-collaboratively with the members of our Internal Systems, Operations, and Finance & Accounting teams. They will also work externally with a variety of Glorious partners who wish to deploy EDI connections.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is up to $30-40 USD depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the integrations between between NetSuite, Shopify, ShipNetwork, Staci, and other systems as requested
  • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to analyze business requirements and implement new EDI solutions and integrations
  • Configure and maintain EDI mappings, setups, and trading partner profiles in NetSuite
  • Maintain and update Celigo flows to feed clean, usable data both in and out of NetSuite
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure timely and accurate data exchange and detect any emerging issues, and alert relevant parties as soon as possible
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on the NetSuite integration
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, standards, and best practices, specifically tailored for the NetSuite integration
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI-related processes within the NetSuite environment
  • Update team frequently on industry trends and advancements in EDI technologies and NetSuite updates and releases

Requirements

  • Located and authorized to work in the United States
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Professional fluency in English
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Certifications in EDI or NetSuite (e.g. Certified EDI Professional, NetSuite SuiteFoundation) are a plus, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience with EDI implementation, configuration, support, and NetSuite integration, preferably within a retail or manufacturing environment
  • 2 + years of experience with the NetSuite ERP system, including exposure to its integration capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with various EDI mapping tools, including SPS Commerce
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Celigo to create custom flows that clean and transform data between different systems
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana), SuiteScript, and SOAP and/or REST web services is a plus, but not required
