Equipment Recovery Service Specialist
 
This position is responsible for placing outbound calls, taking inbound calls, and answering emails to households across the U.S. to engage cooperation in returning the meter equipment from participating in Radio studies, which have ended.


Job Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, take inbound calls, check voicemail inbox, and email correspondence, utilizing call center software.
  • Talk through the process of identifying & removing Nielsen equipment from the Panelists’s home.
  • Schedule the return of equipment from panelists.
  • Listen and accurately capture respondents comments and contact data in the Panel systems.
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively, listen to, and understand information and ideas as presented verbally.
  • Maintain participant’s engagement throughout process to achieve retrieval.
  • Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism.
  • Navigate within Panelist data tool to add, delete or change information when appropriate.
  • Contact panelists on continual basis until equipment is returned or written off.

  • Qualificiations
  • High School degree required; College Degree a plus2 years’ experience in a production or related environment.
  • Experience using but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to track multiple complex processes that are in various stages of production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     A reasonable estimate of hourly pay rate for a new employee to be offered this role would be $16.00, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location.  The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
