BLAST is looking for a Programme Coordinator to facilitate the day-to-day operations within the Ecosystems team in Berlin, Germany.

We work with some of the world’s best game publishers and brands to elevate their properties into amazing esports experiences - including: Counter-Strike, Rainbow Six, Rocket League, DOTA 2 and Fortnite.
Employment Type: 9-month fixed term contract (with potential for extension).
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Efficiently manage multiple projects across various teams with fluctuating deadlines.
- Act as a reliable liaison between onsite personnel and other departments such as broadcast production and commercial teams.
- Proficiently handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, including paperwork management.
- Assist in ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of productions.
- Contribute to process optimization and team success.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Providing administrative support to the Programme Director.
- Creating and managing call sheets, production schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinating internal resources and external vendors.
- Assisting in budget administration and cost tracking.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Collaborative and approachable, capable of working effectively across different functions within the organization.
- Competent in creating and managing production schedules.
- Skilled in using software such as Google Suite, Docusign, Asana, and finance tools.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
- Enthusiastic about contributing expertise to the team and committed to continuous learning.
- Fluent in both German and English.
