The Role: Executive Assistant, Chief Product Officer

The role directly supports the CPO in all day-to-day activities and requires strong management skills, the ability to prioritize, and supreme levels of organization and attention to detail. The role provides standard admin support to the CPO as well as a heavy focus on managing projects and processes within the Product teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of quickly learning context to apply in their day-to-day duties. Enthusiasm and initiative and ownership for this role is a must. The candidate should possess the desire to go above and beyond.
 

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Diary management, inbox management, expenses and other ad hoc tasks where required. 
  • Extensive international and national travel arrangements – ensuring that travel arrangements are booked in a timely manner and within budget, schedules and client trips are made visible to the teams and a transparent process is followed and communicated. 
  • Owning and driving key product team and planning processes: 
  • Drive creation of quarterly Product Planning Memos 
  • Schedule and manage bi-annual alignment sessions with Commercial teams and other stakeholders to align on product direction & priorities 
  • Arranging monthly "Product@Genius" coffee talk series, designed to invite external speakers to share best practices and lessons learned  
  • Arranging and implementing quarterly "Product@Genius" workshops to grow/develop product skills and domain expertise 
  • Own the Product Slack channel and comms, working closely with the Internal Comms team 
  • Own and execute the Product Hub, our internal SharePoint site for all things product 
  • Organizing and attending internal and external client and team meetings, including drafting agendas, minute taking and following up on action points (tantamount to project management in some cases) 
  • Arranging training, away days and team outings. 
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, letters, Board reports etc. 
  • Working with other members of the administration team to provide ad hoc support and cover where necessary.

  • Exceptional experience managing a senior executive’s diary across multiple time zones.

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $80,000. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
