As the Create service line continues to grow, so does the scope of the services and projects we are able to provide for our clients. To ensure our continued success, we are currently looking to add an experienced Executive Producer to our leadership team.

As an Executive Producer in the Create service line, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming imaginative concepts into captivating video game experiences. You'll oversee projects that seamlessly blend artistic ambition with technological breakthroughs, leading a team of experts to bring the game's world to life. The game's essence is envisioned by our clients, but its lifelike movement, vivid environments, and intricate designs are meticulously crafted under your expert guidance. Your role extends beyond mere supervision; it's about orchestrating a harmonious fusion of art and technology to create an extraordinary playable masterpiece.

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of the game project on behalf of our client. Ensure all milestones are met with the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our various studios and the client. Understand the client's vision, needs, and expectations and ensure they are communicated and realized throughout the development process.
  • Efficiently allocate human and technical resources, ensuring the optimal team composition for the project's needs; forecast and address any resource shortages or surpluses in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential risks in the development process early on and devise strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans as required to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Monitor the project's budget, ensuring effective allocation of funds, identifying potential overruns, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop and oversee the project timeline, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined, communicated, and met.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure the game undergoes rigorous testing processes and that any bugs or issues are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with department leads, such as Art, Design, Engineering, and QA, to ensure a smooth workflow and address any inter-departmental challenges or needs.
  • Regularly update both the internal leadership team and the client on the project's status, challenges, successes, and projections.
  • Foster a positive working environment, ensuring team motivation remains high and that any conflicts or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Multiple years of proven experience in a senior production role in the video game industry.
  • Proven experience in producing AAA games, preferably in an outsourcing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and technical requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience working with large technical outsourcing providers.
