What You’ll Do
As a Fitness Manager at lulafit, you will be responsible for the management of your assigned site(s), leading personal training activities and group fitness programming.
How You'll Do ItLead the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and/or amenity space, including compliance and general upkeep of the facilitySupport member satisfaction and engagementProblem solve, address immediate issues, and deliver excellent customer service Lead fitness center tours, manage and build on membership baseAct as the head personal trainer, drive personal training revenueLead group fitness classes. Increase engagement and growth of group exerciseDesign the schedule of group fitness classes, tailor programming to client needsSupport the development of other instructors and trainersPlan and execute fitness programming and events for building tenantsSupport member communication & marketing effortsSite lead responsibilities in absence of General ManagerSupport the Operations Team with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experienceWhat We Expect of YouPrivate Services Performance (Actual versus expected revenue, client engagement & retention)Group Exercise Performance (Client engagement and retention, NPS scores)Client and Customer Satisfaction (NPS scores)Benefits & Perks
