Role Overview

*Please note: This is an exciting opportunity for any member of our P&C team, irrespective of location/ Region, who is interested in a global project, and who is keen to expand their skills and understanding of Keywords and Reward. Applicants do not have to be based in the UK.

 As the Reward Project Co-ordinator, you will be supporting the management and co-ordination of our newly created Keywords Global Job Architecture across all 28 countries, Divisions, Service Lines and Functions.  This role is critical to the support the alignment of existing job with a newly developed job framework and catalogue. Your role will contribute to ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in job evaluation, grading, and compensation across the organization, and is critical in supporting the development of our People Experience journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Framework Mapping: Working with Regional and local HR, assess and analyse existing job profiles within the organization against the newly established job framework and catalogue.
  • Job Evaluation: Conduct and support HR with the training and understanding of job evaluation and its importance, considering factors such as responsibilities, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
  • Project Management: Support in the coordination of a global wide project, and ensuring delivery high quality and timely outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders including HR business partners, department heads, studio heads and senior management to gather insights and ensure buy-in for the mapping process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of job mapping activities, documentation of decisions made, and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Data Storage: Work with the HRIS Data Workstream lead to ensure all data is accurately stored and catalogued

Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of KWS, across all divisions and functions
  • Good understanding of HR operations and guiding principles, with a keen interest in broadening global HR skills and knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization and at a global level.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on timing, accuracy and quality in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation and/or job evaluation is desirable but not essential
