Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

We are seeking a part-time Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic design team. As a Graphic Design Assistant at ABC Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work on projects, contributing to the visual identity and branding of our products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Design Support: Assist in the development and execution of design projects, including digital, print, and social media assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the brand team and other departments to ensure design tasks are completed in line with the company's brand standards and project timelines.
Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for campaign themes, new designs, and improvements.
Brand Consistency: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from the brand team and other stakeholders to refine designs.
Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to suggest innovative ideas for brand enhancement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creativity: A strong creative portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and projects; prior internship experience ideal.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing project requirements.
Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and grow within the company, taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
Positive Communication: A keen ability to relay information to stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese required.
