About the right team member

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the EMEA regional marketing strategy at ClassPass. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving subscriber and revenue growth in the region through effective collaboration with the acquisition, lifecycle, and partner sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and technology solutions, along with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. 

About the role

  • Work with market managers to develop the marketing strategy for the region, including channel mix, localization needs and lifecycle engagement. 
  • Be the voice of the regional customers and partners, providing insights on target audience and ensuring global strategy is effective. 
  • Monitor country KPIs, forecast key metrics and provide variance explanations vs forecast. 
  • Plan and execute hyper-local marketing campaigns, test and learn to identify local channels for growth in alignment with global acquisition strategies. 
  • Drive growth through local partnerships, establishing market benchmarks and performance tracking. 
  • Source and engage with influencers, to drive brand awareness and conversions. 
  • Work with paid marketing team providing support on audience segmentation and localized assets. 
  • Collaborate closely with market managers to keep updated the in-app user experience, promote local partners & support various marketing activations. 
  • Drive marketing activation strategy for new market launches. 

 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, social media, affiliate marketing or other referrals/partnership marketing related activities. 
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns and projects with minimal oversight, covering the entire customer lifecycle. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.  
  • Analytical mindset, able to monitor and report on KPIs, test results and campaign performance.  
  • Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to think outside the box.
