Your Role:Lead people agenda for DGS including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the DGS's objectives and promote a positive work culture.Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the DGS team and advice on people-related mattersBe a culture ambassador and nurture the core values of DGS in sportansOwn and drive key HR projects alongside the leadership team like pulse surveys, Comp & ben, L&D, employer branding, HR budgeting etcOversee HR Operations and compliancesQualifiers:Minimum of 12+ years experience in HR with 5+ years of experience in independently leading HR partnershipsAbility to independently design & execute HR strategies/initiativesPrior experience working in a fast-paced workplace or a startup
