Requirements

• English at minimum B2 level
• Polish at advanced level
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as HR management, psychology, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, starting from employee files creation, supporting the entire employee lifecycle ending with benefits management.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
