ICS-digital specialises in international SEO and acquisition for brands working within highly competitive and highly regulated industries. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our team as the IT Services Lead in our Leeds office at ICS. With the delivery of services to our clients a top priority, we’re looking for an exceptional individual to resolve issues at lightning speed, find cutting-edge solutions, and drive technology initiatives within the agency. The role requires a consistent office presence (5 days per week), as well as the occasional cover of shift patterns within the wider Group.

Working pattern: Early, mid, and late shift rota covering 8 am-8 pm, with occasional on-call weekend support.

Salary: £35k - £42k (depending on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for all IT issues (hardware, software, and infrastructure) flagged by the internal team.
  • Identify ticket trends within the agency and implementing solutions to reduce the number of issues raised.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers from an IT perspective.
  • Advise and implement IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review internal and 3rd party IT tools and processes, keeping on top of relevant updates, and making recommendations when required.
  • Provide audio and presentational support for in-office meetings, ensuring equipment is regularly maintained.

Requirements

  • Have experience working in an IT customer service or IT support role.
  • Demonstrable IT technical knowledge to resolve issues.
  • Proactive troubleshooting skills to find solutions to common themes or blockers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
  • Evidence of collaboration with various stakeholders, providing guidance and working to find solutions.
  • Great time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and own projects and actions.
