As the Junior Payroll and Benefits Administrator for the UK and various International locations, you will be supporting our Payroll and People teams across the business process payroll and benefits for circa 1000+ employees on a monthly basis. This is a super busy team with loads to get stuck into! We’re looking for enthusiasm and confidence, ready to take on the DAZN life, this is the perfect opportunity to build your experience in Payroll!
 
You will be a stickler for clean and accurate data, have a hawk eye for discrepancies, and perhaps get a little excited by excel spreadsheets! This role will be based in our Hammersmith office and will be a 1 year fixed term contract.

As our new Junior Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Manage the payroll inbox and query handling
  • Raise Purchase Orders and managing the supplier invoices
  • Support the payroll team in co-ordinating, collating UK and international fixed and variable data within pre-agreed deadlines
  • Perform cleanses and data checks between payroll, benefit and HR systems (all centrally processed countries)
  • Support with annual salary review and bonus administration
  • Assist with audits
  • Ensure that all data is managed and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Support the Global Payroll Manager and/or Senior Administrator on various projects   

  • You'll have:
  • Strong MS Office literacy (Excel VLOOKUP desirable)
  • Experience working within an Admin role, UK payroll experience is desirable
  • Excellent English level - both spoken and written
