Let’s start with the role

Is Volleyball one of your favorite sports? Are you interested in major Handball leagues? How about Water Polo, Darts or Beach Volleyball?

If you enjoy being in the center of the action, then this is the right opportunity for you to join our expanding Pre-Event Trading Team at Kaizen Gaming.

This position reflects the Trading Sports Team, with a particular focus on Volleyball and Handball, aiming to contribute to our commitment to deliver a high-caliber, customized betting offer and an exceptional user experience for our customers.

As Pre Event Trader (Euro Sports) you will:

Trade betting events for Volleyball, Handball, Water Polo, Darts, Beach Volleyball and other sports; Monitor and manage respective liabilities to mitigate risks effectively;
Compile odds and establish pricing for various leagues within the respective sports;
Compile odds and establish pricing for player-related markets;
Create and monitor betting markets and assist in risk control to optimize pre-event margins;
Create and manage additional markets on an ad hoc basis according to sophisticated customer’ requests;
Monitor and analyze customer activity, providing reports to the Sportsbook Integrity team;
Liaise with different departments and assist them with their sportsbook-related queries;
Contribute to the enhancement and development of trading tools.

What you will bring

Solid understanding and genuine passion for Euro Sports;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated knowledge of core statistics within sports;
Exceptional computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel;
Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, well-informed decisions;
Self-organized, target driven and a team-player;
Willingness to work flexible time shifts and adhere to the demanding sports calendar.
Previous experience in an Odds compiling or Trading role would be considered an advantage.
