We seek a technically savvy Quality Assurance Tester, with a positive, can-do attitude. You are quick to understand complex context. You can clearly articulate and communicate your findings. You’re organized and able to multitask.

We aim to build Denmark's most innovative Product Development department in VEO. We are building a huge development team with all the necessary capabilities in-house to push the needle of innovation and innovation speed, where we will use our in-house assembly line to fast-track our time to market. 

You should be up for a steep learning curve, getting up to speed with our product and internal systems. It is a complicated product with many different functions, requiring you to catch up fast on how our product works and why our users love it. We also have many internal systems and workflows, which will take time to understand.

Responsible for:
  • As a Quality Assurance Tester on the Camera Apps team, your main responsibility is the quality and stability of our app and firmware releases. Before we release, you will test new features and bug fixes to ensure the app or firmware works as intended
  • User research: You will help our designer and research team by sending out surveys and conducting user interviews. You will also collect feedback from our beta testers and participate in product planning meetings, deciding what is most valuable for users and what we will build next
  • Support and communication: You will help sort and delegate incoming support requests, running initial debugging with support and providing context to developers when they investigate the issues
  • Release management: You will prepare and publish release notes, informing the users of new features and updates when they are released
  • You will become a key communication channel between the CamApp Team, the rest of the organization and our users. An expert in the camera app experience and how users use our product

  • You empathize with the users, understand their problems, and are passionate about improving their experience
  • You can clearly articulate and communicate your findings in a way developers and non-technical users can understand
  • Attention to detail is important in hectic environments, with several projects going on at once. You can think clearly and focus on the task at hand
  • You might have worked in a service industry or similar, using your multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • You have a passion and understanding of a sports environment

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
