Junior Systems Administrator - Retail

Join us as a Junior Systems Administrator - Retail in our Tech Systems Team to help ensure business systems are operating effectively whilst continuously improving and providing technical support and guidance to our retail stakeholders to help enable the our stores success.

This is an amazing opportunity for a someone who has a passion for retail and tech and the technology systems that drive an amazing in-store customer experience.

• High exposure - you’ll be working across the retail business with directors, department heads and retail/Operations professionals and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.
• This role is genuinely important to Gymshark and its performance, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal Gymshark team by acting as the first point of contact: triaging and investigating incident tickets relating to retail system portfolios.
• Our team and its remit are rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless.
• We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset.
• The hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

 
And here’s what we are looking for from you:

Essential:

• Customer support/service experience
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to investigate complex data sets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Curious mind, with a drive to learn new technologies/systems at pace

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• System Administrator/Analyst or Application Support role experience
• System specific administration certification e.g. ITIL
• Process mapping
