Let’s start with the role:

Our global Learning & Development team is responsible for onboarding, upskilling and reskilling of our 2600+ employees across all our global locations. This role will  be responsible for the smooth onboarding of our new joiners, touching upon various steps of their employee lifecycle. 

As a Learning  & Development Specialist you will:

  • Create, curate, and enforce clear policies, processes, activities, and materials for a seamless onboarding experience for new Kaizeners.
  • Manage all aspects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery, including handbooks, manuals, welcome communications, and introductions.
  • Maintain accurate records of new joiners, including participation and satisfaction rates. Analyze data and recommend improvements.
  • Build and keep an up-to-date internal functional library to support new hires in their roles.
  • Create tailored onboarding paths for each role within the organization.
  • Ensure all newcomers have a buddy for a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage the full cycle of training programs, including vendor/contract management, planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Design and deliver internal training programs as needed to address specific organizational needs.

 

 

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of experience delivering onboarding initiatives or participating in employee experience activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration is a core value! You excel in working effectively within a team.
  • You actively seek data to analyze and propose improvements.
  • You understand the importance of empathy and consider people in every decision.
  • Advanced English language skills are required for this global role.
