NOBULL is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator. This individual will beresponsible for assisting with all tasks related to inbound transportation and logistics operations for NOBULL.  This role is critical in ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and other transportation partners to schedule and track shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and transportation documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and complete necessary paperwork for customs clearance.
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates on shipment status.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics.
  • Support processes improvement initiatives - cost savings (insurance, consolidations, routing).
  • Manage day-to-day international inbound operations with vendors.
  • Manage reporting and KPI tracking/trends.
  • Vendor management/Internal and review KPI trends.
  • Own the inbound forecasts.

  • Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of operational experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience and focus on inbound international shipments from APAC region to the USA.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Resourceful and Proactive.
  • Team Player that brings positive energy to the team.
