ABOUT IMG & THE ROLE

The Consumer Marketing group is seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to be the day-to-day steward of search media and lead search campaign development, activation, and innovation. The Paid Search Manager is expected to apply search mastery to deliver against business goals. The Paid Search Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager in the development and communication of all search strategies while owning tactical execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Actively contribute to account strategy, including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments.
  • Gather the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client delivery.
  • Manage event team relationships, maintaining day to day contact ensuring a seamless communication process.
  • Provide direction to digital marketing associate who will aid in campaign setup, keyword research & reporting.
  • Oversight for all day-to-day budget and billing activity (pacing, billing, accuracy of budgets vs. flowcharts/plans).
  • Responsible for management of campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments.
  • Development and recommend optimizations and/or testing plans.
  • Pull data and research components needed.
  • Contribute to development of team level POVs on industry happenings.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Paid search experience, ideally in an a brand or agency environment
  • Mastery of search platforms
  • Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in core MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization)
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Presentation skills are a must
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative/”hunger”
  • Collaborative approach/attitude
  • Certifications in search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Experience in search platforms preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in staying plugged into industry trends through trade news, industry workshops / seminars and tracking current events
  • Adept at time management and handling shifting priorities
  • Quick learner that can hit the ground running & make a meaningful impact on overarching business success

CIRCUMSTANCES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE

  • You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event
  • You may be required to travel to events, as necessary
  • Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$80,000 annually

Estimated Salary range:
