As the Pharmacy Licensing Manager, you will oversee the licensing of Ro’s nationwide network of pharmacies. You have a proven track record for effectiveness as an operator-leader with a deep knowledge of licensing and regulatory affairs. The Pharmacy Licensing Manager must be agile, have strong communication skills, and successfully collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on-time licensing requirements.
What You'll Do: Full ownership of pharmacy licensing, including compounding licensesDrive licensing initiatives, including 50 states and D.C.Obtain and maintain current and future pharmacy licensesMaintain an understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and licensing requirements to ensure complianceManage various licenses, permits, and regulatory documents which will require meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors or oversightsLead the pharmacy team to successfully complete regulatory inspectionsRepresent Ro as the point of contact for licensing and regulatory communications, such as with the Boards of PharmacyEstablish and maintain relationships with key regulatory and accreditation stakeholders, functioning as one of Ro’s regulatory ambassadorsAs pharmacy regulations change over time, adapt to new requirements and stay updated on industry changesCollaborate with pharmacy management, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and resolve issues effectivelyWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree preferredTwo years experience in pharmacy licensingDeep knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standardsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented & highly organizedDemonstrated ability to deliver on-time resultsBusiness proficiency in speaking, presenting, and writingAbility to use analytics and make data-based decisions
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
