Your role as Manager, Total Rewards

Reporting to Sylvain Beauséjour, Vice-President of Talent and Culture, the mission of the Manager, Total Rewards is to define Dialogue Total Rewards strategy and ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with the organization's overall business strategy and objectives, and allow Dialogue to attract, motivate and retain its talent.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefit frameworks aligned with the organization's overall strategic objectives
  • Manage the variable pay programs, including the Short Term and Long Term Incentive Plans, Commission Plans and other Sales incentives
  • Lead the design and improvement of our Levels of work to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization 
  • Lead the administration of our benefits, Short-term and Long-Term Incentive Plans  
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, ensuring fairness and consistency in compensation decisions
  • Conduct market analysis and make recommendations to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry
  • Provide guidance and support to our T&C colleagues and business leaders on all compensation-related matters
  • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in total rewards management to continuously improve program effectiveness
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding compensation and benefits programs, through targeted presentations to various functions and teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have 7+ years of experience in a similar role and experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • You have a strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and variable pay structures
  • You have a good proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analysis tools
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You will be required to communicate, both verbally and by written, in French and English.
