In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Media Sales to manage the day to day running of sales strategies and agency relationships. You'll be developing new business initiatives and working closely with the local Media Sales, Marketing, Social, PR and Production teams to deliver DAZN Sales objectives.  
 
Working with a range of these different teams, you will help plan, develop and manage business partnerships alongside brands and media agencies.  Once it is safe to return to the office, you will join our new central Madrid office and collaborate internationally with the Regional Milan-based and London-based central teams.

As our new Media Sales Manager you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Support the day-to-day relationships of all DAZN Media partnerships (brand & agency). 
  • Be main point of contact commercially and operationally between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Grow and develop relationships and commercial opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Manage analytical and revenue reporting and pipelines in order to maintain a clear and accurate picture of market performance and commercial position at all times.
  • Innovate and develop integrated agreements which achieve the commercial objectives and deliver against revenue.
  • Ensure all new partnerships deliver value to increase DAZN’s commercial awareness.
  • Deliver the agency ad revenue budget closely with the Head Media Sales, finance and strategy team to manage costs to ensure bottom line and top line revenue growth
  • Work closely with Head of Media Sales and Strategy lead to develop multi-platform brand/sponsor integration strategies and executions that position DAZN as an innovator.
  • Have or develop a network of blue chip brand contacts 

  • You'll have:
  • Highly organised work approach with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Commercial approach, you are sales and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team working environment
  • Knowledge of the sports and tech industries as well as broadcast ad trading models and digital cross selling initiatives
  • Proven track record of overachieving against revenue targets within TV, OTT and Digital ecosystem
  • Ability to analyse requirements or problems and lead the proposal of the solutions
  • Fluent language skills in English
