About the role:

As an Operations coordinator at K Health, you will work closely with our finance and legal team to support the company's supply chain processes, contract management and billing.

This part-time role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student who is passionate about working in a global environment and learning about the healthcare tech industry.

What you'll be doing:

Daily management of the company's Supply Chain processes, including new contracts, renewals, and contractor management.
Review contracts for billing and renewal dates, updating the repository accordingly.
Continuous work on our Supply Chain system in Jira, handling renewals, new requests, and contractor-related tasks.
Enforce the supply chain process, ensuring its consistent use, and provide support to users throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with various functions within the organization, maintaining high interaction between TLV and NY offices.

What we're looking for:

Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
English proficiency at a native level.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication, and a collaborative teamwork approach.
People-oriented with a highly organized and detail-oriented mindset.
Proficient in office working tools, particularly Google Workspace.
