THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Quality Analyst to our Global Partner Sales team in São Paulo!

The Partner Quality Team is focused solely on Partner's Content and improving User Experience in our apps. The team follows specific processes and guidelines to improve overall written information, photos, and access to our features in-app. Additionally look into internal processes to enhance the overall User Experience through Gympass´s partners such as User Reviews analysis, internal categorization, and partners onboarding

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support and casework for the User Review and Quality Assurance teams amongst others.
  • Definition and execution of a continuous improvement process on our marketplace.
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance.
  • Lead projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: Process improvement and standardization among different regions, optimal supply base analysis, analysis on special offers or campaigns.
  • Build and manage the CRM as well as other commercial tools to foster a more structured and efficient management of Gympass commercial activities.
  • Create controls, analysis and reports to improve efficiency
  • Report gains and benefits from process improvements.
  • Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.

WHO YOU ARE

  • BA/BS Degree;
  • Work experience; Experience at a management consulting firm, trade marketing, technology company or comparable experience;
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese as you will be working across with international stakeholders, fluent in other languages such as Spanish, Italian, German or Romanian a plus;
  • Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses;
  • Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
  • Curiosity: You are interested in learning new skills, and participating in new projects;
  • Experience with Zendesk a plus
  • Excited about Gympass.
