We work with some of the world’s best game publishers and brands to elevate their properties into amazing esports experiences - having delivered tournaments, content and shows in a variety of games, including: Counter-Strike, DOTA 2, VALORANT, Apex Legends, FIFA 2022 and Fortnite.

This role would be centred around delivering rights for commercial partners across multiple games titles and tournament series. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the contractual rights are delivered for our partners (including broadcast assets, content, physical activations at arena events), building strong client relationships and constantly seeking ways to improve and elevate the way in which we service our partners.

Requirements

·       Good communication skills, both internally across teams and externally with partners

·       Time management, ensuring all partners rights are delivered for each event on time to relevant teams, meeting internal deadlines

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

·       Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple requests simultaneously both in the run up to events and on the ground during arena shows

·       Remaining calm in high pressure situations / when working to tight deadlines

·       Resourcefulness, to identify solutions to problems as they arise and take proactive action

·       International travel for meetings and events, including working weekends when required for live events.

Responsibilities

·       Liaising with internal teams to ensure oversight of deadlines for delivering partners rights (briefing in assets, content pieces etc for partners)

·       Communicating with partners to keep them updated as to the progress of their rights delivery

·       On the ground support during live events to ensure delivery of partner rights, smooth running of on-stage activations, booths, tickets etc.

·       Supporting with post event reporting

·       Management of internal tracking systems to ensure efficient ways of working
