SNTV has been the world’s leading sports video partner since its inception in 1996. We were created as a joint venture between The Associated Press and IMG, combining our expertise to ensure our cameras and crew can be in place anywhere in the world putting our global network of media partners inside every story. We specialise in providing a unique and unrivalled blend of premium sports action and sports video news for both broadcasters and digital publishers globally. Our video content is produced and curated by our dedicated editorial teams across the globe.
The Production Assistant will be responsible providing support and taking ownership of the administration tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the team. The role is London based, with a hybrid working pattern, working in the office two days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administration skills and is looking to enter the world of sports and media!

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Liaise with IMG & Associated Press’ Master Control Room (MCR) to ensure live satellite feeds are recorded for SNTV to create sports highlights.
Update the SNTV planning system with correct information when bookings have been made
Assist the New York team with satellite bookings, and general planning.
Provide administrative support to the office when required.
Create and maintain SNTV’s planning databases and upload these to the SNTV website, including weekly and monthly sport planners, yearly sport planning calendar and daily rundowns.
Create weekly emails to send round to SNTV clients to tell them what stories they can expect.
Monitoring planning email inbox and answering client queries
Manage parking for editorial staff at Chiswick Park
Liaison with SNTV overseas bureau on office admin matters e.g. equipment
PA to the CEO including organising meetings and taking finance and board meeting minutes.
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
Office administration experience
Previous experience of supporting and working within a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of planning and organisational skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and alone as necessary
Calm and professional manner
Timely, accurate and reliable
Good time management and organisational skills - ability to prioritise workload efficiently

Interest and knowledge of sports or news media
Experience of television media industry
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position.
This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with flexibility on remote working as appropriate
Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other company buildings and meetings
Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
