We are actively searching for a Process Designer to focus on Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) operational transformation and efficiency in support of our continued effort to scale and further advance our customers’ and partners’ experience. 

The position will be responsible for driving operational objectives, improving efficiency internally and through partnering with cross-functional teams to drive tools and process transformation. The Process Designer will provide the approach and methodology for business process mapping, improvement, and integrating into Gracenote’s CPX process framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing internal processes and tools workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments to understand their workflows, challenges, and potential automation opportunities. Analyze their processes with a lens for continuous improvement, applying business process optimization methodologies to streamline operations.
  • Design and document efficient, user-friendly processes that promote seamless collaboration, improve departmental effectiveness, and integrate automation where appropriate.
  • Develop clear and concise current and future state process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, user guides, and automation specifications.
  • Implement and monitor process improvements, measuring their impact on efficiency and making adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track process metrics and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in process design and business process management.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years overall experience in business operations or related experience within the B2B technology industry.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in process design, business process improvement (BPI), or a related field.
  • BONUS POINTS:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
  • Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation tools.

    Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $36,000 - $45,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
