What You’ll Do:

IMG Productions is one of the largest producers of sports programming in the world, responsible for thousands of hours of content on behalf of more than 200 federations, associations and events. Producing and distributing three 24/7 sports offerings in Sport 24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGEsport, the premium action sports channel; and the Premier League Content Service for international broadcasters, which includes all live matches, comprehensive analysis and regular magazine programming. Our cross-platform product offerings include: Golfing World, Amazon Tennis, UFC, The Wimbledon Championships, the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, European Tour Productions, Royal & Ancient Golf, SNTV, Euroleague Basketball, Trans World Sport, EFL, FIVB, Evoke Films, Audio and more.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to assist the Production Managers and/or Producers to manage various productions across the designated account.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Assisting the PMs and Producers, as required in all areas of production relating to the key client 
  • Liaising with and responding to clients as instructed 
  • Organising multiple international shoots, booking freelancers, equipment, preparing call sheets, obtaining visas, carnets and permits. Supporting the appropriate member of the production team with obtaining signed agreements and further documents, as well as other shoot related responsibilities
  • Looking after all travel arrangements for production staff and crews
  • Coordinating the booking of edit suites, editors and digitizing needs for the content
  • Day to day media management and knowledge of camera & editing equipment
  • Acting as point of contact to key departmental financial accounts 
  • Updating costs in budgets on behalf of PMs, Producer
  • Raising, managing and reconciling expenses. Processing PO’s and invoices
  • Clearing of any archive material as required in conjunction with the Rights and Clearance team
  • Ensuring production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience with managing complex and fluid Production Schedules
  • Experience working in the Broadcast television industry 
  • Experience and full understanding of pre-production, production and post-production process
  • Experience working directly with key clients
  • Experience and understanding of rights clearances
  • Experience of raising purchase orders, raising payment forms for invoices and expenses 
  • Experience of raising & reconciling expenses
  • Considerable experience of producing call sheets
  • Experience of completing post-production paperwork
  • Excellent client liaison skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Keenness to learn and take on more responsibility
  • Excellent Microsoft word/excel skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines

Please Note:

  • Travel to shoots may be required (local and international)
  • Unsociable hours / weekend work may be necessary
  • The role will be working with clients in different time zones
  • This is a Fixed Term Contract
