The NBA will discuss accommodations for individuals who cannot be vaccinated due to a medical reason or sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.   This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.     Position Summary: This position serves as a project employee, helping to support the Team Sites Product team. This individual will be a daily point of contact for NBA teams through the Team Sites Customer Portal, and will assist the product manager in conceiving and gathering requirements to help implement the product roadmap. Additional responsibilities include presenting best practices and strategies, gathering relevant data to support the product team in leveraging insights to advance the roadmap, and managing smaller projects as needed.   Major Responsibilities: Work directly with the NBA Teams, League Product and Account Management groups to help manage all product-related deliverables for NBA team sites Day-to-day management of the Team Sites Customer Portal to ensure NBA Team requests are reviewed, assigned, and addressed in a timely manner, including request tracking, serving as product team liaison for portal requests, delivery coordination with League Product Manager and engineering, and portal tool management Provide day-to-day product management and scrum team support, including development and implementation of product strategy and roadmap, requirements gathering, story writing, stakeholder review and testing, and production escalation triage Provide project management support as needed in coordination with business and tech project managers to plan, manage, and execute project plans, ensuring deliverables and timelines are successfully met Manage and execute NBA team sites ad product deliverables in coordination with League ad product, Global Media Operations (GMO), account management, and WBD teams, including creating requirements for engineering based on NBA Team requests and system requirements from GMO and League ad product Support day-to-day communication with stakeholders (Account Management, Engineering, NBA Teams), including but not limited to scheduling calls, creating agendas, and providing recap notes Required Skills/Knowledge: Minimum 1-2 years of experience related to digital product or project management High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Some familiarity with some of the following platforms preferred (Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics) Ability to multi-task and creatively solve day-to-day challenges Superior organization, project management skills, and attention to detail     Salary Range: $2,692.31 - $2,884.62 / Biweekly  The NBA does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or any other third parties.
