NOBULL is currently seeking a temporary Reverse Logistics Coordinator to support and execute a variety of returns, logistics, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, collaborative team member with a passion for problem-solving, data manipulation, and detail-oriented project execution.
Please note this is a temporary 6-month full-time, in-person opportunity.
Responsibilities: Create SOPs for all existing reverse logistics processesCreate & manage reporting for internal useAssist with testing, implementation, and monitoring of return portal rules for ad hoc/promotional requestsAssist with identifying and investigating existing broken processes with internal stakeholders and external returns portal support teamAssist team with evaluation of existing partners and assist with exploration of potential new partners in the industry against internal stakeholder requestsQualifications:1-2 years of experience in project management, product management, data analytics, process improvement, or similar relevant work experienceProficient experience with Excel requiredAbility to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment requiredExperience with order management, ERP, and post-purchase platforms preferredExperience in a product-based start-up environment is a plusSuperb attention to detail and organization skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsIf you are an applicant located in California, please review our California Applicant Privacy Notice, which explains the categories of personal information that we collect and the purposes for which we use such personal information Estimated Salary range:
