Your role as a Senior Account Manager
Reporting to our Manager, Customer Success, Azelie Pouliot, we're looking for a Senior Account Manager who will act as a trusted advisor to our growing portfolio of clients by managing renewals, retention, engagement strategies and assisting in long-term growth opportunities with a strong passion for delighting clients. You will manage Dialogue’s largest clients and partners, and will be required to lead highly complex projects. You will identify and strategize with the appropriate internal (cross-functional) and external (brokers/advisors/executives) stakeholders to build trust and lasting relationships with these strategic clients.
