The Senior Business Analysis Expert, Group Product will support key initiatives, strategic planning, and performance management across the Group Product Department, the biggest and fastest growing department of Sportradar’s Delivery and Operations Division. This role will report directly to the EVP, Group Product will interact closely with main stakeholders such as the Group Operations Office, FP&A, Group Product Unit Leads and various divisions globally.

THE CHALLENGE: 

  • Operational Support and Initiative Execution: 
    Support the execution of operational initiatives in coordination with the Group Product leadership team and assist in driving cross-organization projects. 

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: 
    Support the strategic planning and budgeting process for the Group Product Department. 
    Assist in ongoing performance management to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and in the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), budget presentations, and Product-ROI analysis. 

  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: 
    Work with Finance to monitor and justify costs, aiming to increase operational efficiency without compromising business performance. Help coordinate business-wide procedures and improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success. 

  • Internal/External Partnership and Program Management: 
    Assist in managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Support program management tasks including presentation development, meeting preparation, and coordination of executive meetings,

  • Operational Discipline, Industry Trends and M&A Support: 
    Provide operational discipline and delivery excellence in conjunction with Sportradar support functions. Stay informed on industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peers. Conduct active and regular market research. Support potential M&A integrations and the preparation of budgets and presentations.

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar setup and high motivation to prove yourself in this position for higher responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent English skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion

Estimated Salary range:

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $65,000 - $85,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
