WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team and help drive the growth of our business functions. The right match for this role is a strategic and results-driven team builder who excels in building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Your efforts will be crucial in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring WHOOP continues to scale with the right people in place to drive our mission forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff to People Operations.
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and occasional networking events
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications and match for role.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network for future hiring needs.
  • Champion the candidate experience through effective and timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting and People Operations teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure WHOOP's recruitment efforts remain competitive.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on business functions such as marketing, finance, operations, and HR.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles with high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with comfortability in working with a high degree of autonomy. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specific knowledge of Lever a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of outbound sourcing strategies and tactics using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Ability to flex and pivot in an environment where priorities can change quickly 
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
