The Senior Director of Hardware Product Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and success of our hardware product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hardware products that meet customer needs and drive company growth.

What you’ll do:

Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the hardware product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
Monitor, and update as necessary, customer segmentations. Utilizing this to help inform research initiatives, product requirement documents and creative briefs.
Market forecasting, sizing of potential opportunities, identifying impact of different sales channels on volumes.
Develop and communicate clear and actionable product roadmaps that align with the company's business objectives and technological capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, marketing, and finance teams to drive product development, ensuring products meet quality, time-to-market, and financial targets.
Define the positioning of products in the market and develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional experience with consumer-facing hardware product management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Bonus points:

Education or experience in exercise science, coaching, or related disciplines
MBA
