The Senior IT Operations & Security Specialist role at Dialogue

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, the mission of the Senior IT Operations & Security specialist is to build and maintain operational excellence in IT, Tech Support & Security.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Performing support (L2, L3) related to application, IT and security requests and incidents - virtually and onsite 
  • Owning operational processes such as multi-level support for IT services, Application technical support and cloud SaaS
  • Maintaining service level agreement targets and working with stakeholders to improve support and security activities
  • Managing and executing IT Projects delivery (M&A ,Integrations, Automations, Deployments, Compliance)
  • Leading and coaching team members to work efficiently and maintain a high quality of service 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT including experience in Security and Application support 
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Endpoint Security System, MDM Solution, Cloud Infrastructure, Identity Platform, Git, Jira, MacOS. Previous scripting experience and knowledge of a programming language such as SQL is desirable.
  • Strong experience in incident management, request management and troubleshooting distributed systems 
  • Good communication skills in French and English (Written and spoken);
